Lighting a candle is an easy way to pray.
You can light a candle in a church, at home, in a another place - or even on-line.
Just find your candle, find a lighter or match, click or strike and it's alight.
If you have time, you can sit with your candle for a while.
Maybe you will have things to say - or maybe you won't.
Maybe you would like to use one of our prayers - or maybe not.
Or you can sit and remember what you want to pray about.
Or just sit, and be with God.
Or to light your candle and that's all.
When are ready, put your candle out.
Or if you're in a church using a candle stand, then just leave it there to be with other people's prayers.
